Structural Advantages and Features

• Product design and manufacturing comply with national standard GB12235, with reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance, and attractive appearance.
• The sealing surfaces of the disc and seat are built up by iron-based alloy hardfacing or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, offering wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good anti-scratch performance, and long service life.
• The stem is quenched and tempered and surface nitrided, providing good corrosion resistance and anti-scratch properties.
• Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types are available to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
• The valve body material is available in a wide range, and packing and gaskets can be reasonably selected based on actual working conditions or user requirements, suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium conditions.
• The backseat adopts a threaded connection seat or body hardfacing with austenitic stainless steel, ensuring reliable sealing. Packing replacement can be performed without stopping the machine, quickly and conveniently without affecting system operation.
